See the illustrations: One of the country's largest development projects is now becoming a reality

Propreco has accelerated the development of the Danish society in a large area south of Hillerød. Propreco is the developer responsible for the development of Favrholm Stadium Neighbourhood on a total area of 95 hectares. A stadium with surrounding football fields, 2200 homes, commerce and institutions will be built, as mentioned in an article by TV2 Lorry.

Favrholm Stadium Neighbourhood is being developed close to the construction of the New Hospital North Zealand and the new Favrholm S-train station. The urban development project is Propreco's largest development project so far. Focus has been placed on creating an attractive neighbourhood in beautiful scenic surroundings with great conditions for active communities and sustainable activities.

The first residents are expected to move into the area in 2027.
