Propreco will offer an architecture competition on behalf of Hillerød Municipality, where three teams will be selected to each submit their take on the design and construction of Favrholm Stadium Neighbourhood.

The architecture competition constitutes the start of the next phase of Favrholm Stadium Neighbourhood, where Propreco is behind the development company Stadionkvarter Favrholm ApS and the master plan.

David-Ernst Sunne, CEO of Propreco comments that the adoption of the master plan is:

"A result that has already ensured that the development company's financing for the further development work and not least the realization of the Stadium Neighbourhood is in place."  

Favrholm Stadium Neighbourhood is expected to welcome residents in 2027.
