Hillerød Municipality writes about the development collaboration between Propreco and football club FC Nordsjælland concerning a brand new football park and urban development project in Favrholm.
The Neighbourhood will consist of 250,000 sqm of residence, a stadium with a wide range of training facilities, including pitches, fitness, sports clinics and a football academy, that FCN plans on making the best in the Nordic region. The sports facility with the stadium will be the powerhouse of the new Stadium Neighbourhood, which will include residences, sports, culture, education, offices, services and green areas. It will be a mixed urban area with a varied range of homes with detached houses, terraced housing and semi-detached houses.
