Propreco plans to build a Stadium Neighbourhood with a residential area of 250,000 square meters and service industries, offices and green spaces in Favrholm.
Favrholm Stadium Neighbourhood will also consist of a football park and football academy, and the vision of the latter is a collaboration between Propreco and the Danish football club, FC Nordsjælland. The first stage of the project is expected to be completed in 2025.
