Propreco has entered into a development agreement with Hillerød Municipality in connection with the urban development project, Favrholm Stadium Neighbourhood.
Propreco will create a football park and stadium in Favrholm with training facilities, a football academy and 250,000 square meters of residence spread over 2,500 homes. The first stage of Favrholm Stadium Neighbourhood is already expected to be ready in 2025.
