Propreco's urban development project in Favrholm with 2500 homes and a new stadium close to the future super hospital. In connection with the development of the new neighbourhood, Stadionkvarter Favrholm ApS and Hillerød Municipality has reached an agreement worth DKK 12 million. Propreco together with the football club FC Nordsjælland are the idea persons behind the new Stadium Neighbourhood.
