In recent months, Propreco has sold and completed numerous projects, including urban development project of 94 hectares, and Favrholm Stadium Neighbourhood. Propreco has been in charge of the master plan, which is underway for a consultation now and until June 10, 2022. Favrholm will accommodate 2500 homes, service industries, a stadium with sports facilities and a football academy as well as several green areas.
