Propreco has a new urban development project, Favrholm Neighbourhood. It will consist of 250,000 square metres of floor space and house a brand new stadium, which has been developed together with FC Nordsjælland.

Propreco's CPO, Peter Sinclair-Newton says of the interest in the project;

"The development company is constantly experiencing great interest from both Danish and foreign investors who want the opportunity to invest in an innovative urban development in the already very attractive Hillerød"
