The master plan for Favrholm Stadium Neighbourhood, one of the largest development projects in Denmark, has just been approved.
The CEO of Propreco, David Ernst-Sunne talks about the combined effort by Propreco and Hillerød Municipality behind the approval of the master plan:
"The approval of the master plan is first and foremost the result of a very good collaboration with Hillerød Municipality. They have produced innovative visions and actionable solutions for a sustainable, healthy and inclusive Stadium Neighbourhood. A result that has already ensured that the development company's financing for the further development, as well as the fruition of the Stadium Neighbourhood, have come to place"
