The master plan for Favrholm Stadium Neighbourhood, Propreco's largest urban development project to date, has just been approved.
David Ernst-Sunne, CEO of Propreco comments on the approval:
"The approval of the master plan is first and foremost the result of a very good collaboration with Hillerød Municipality, which has produced innovative visions and concrete solutions for a sustainable, healthy and inclusive Stadium Neighbourhood"
In the next phase, Propreco and Hillerød Municipality will offer an architecture competition for the area to three teams. The competition jury includes FC Nordsjælland, who has helped advise Propreco on creating the best football academy in the Nordic region.
