Davis Ernst-Sunne has throughout his entire profressional career in property development and for 15 years as CEO for Propreco. David's strength lies in investor relations and financing. The trust from investors has been build up through the many successful projects that David had been behind at Propreco.
In addition to being strong on the financial foundation of the projects, David is focused on the process flow of the projects, including stakeholder involvement. In this regard, David's deep market insight is an advantage.
Propreco's strength lies in projects with high complexity, which is partly due David being development-capable and solution-oriented.
Rasmus has over 15 years of experience in Asset Management, Leasing, and Property Development within retail, commercial, and Mixed Use properties with a strong focus on mixed functionality and integration of properties in an urban and densification context. Urban and property development with a focus on the user, movement, and environment is an important component in Rasmus' toolbox, stemming from leadership positions at companies such as NREP/Urban Partners, DEAS, and Aberdeen, where he has been responsible for Asset Management and Property Development of large projects and portfolios.
Peter Sinclair-Newton was involved in the founding of Propreco. Peter has played a central role in projects focused on strengthening existing urban and commercial life, such as a project at Nørrebro Bycenter (shoppingcenter in Copenhagen), where housing and a grocery store were developed.
Peter is responsible for project managemnet on Propreco's two largest urban development projects, called respectively "Hestehavekvarteret" and "Favrholm Stadionkvarter", with a total areal of approximately 350,000 m2. In this regard, Peter has also been in charge of establishing a Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) agreement with Hillerød Municipality and comprehensive tender process for consultants tasks.
Due to Peter's exceptional thoroughness and attention to detail, he is largely responsible for internal quality assurance and the preparation of agreement frameworks.
Ole Stilling has held top positions in municipalities, consulting firms, and international NGOs, providing insight into the interests of different parties, including administrative options and political pathways that enable project realization. He has, for example, worked on strengthening city centers, developing large-scale pharmaceutical industrial areas, and revitalizing and transforming business districts. Ole is appointed as a censor for the bachelor's and master's programs in Sustainable Urban, Energy and Environmental Planning and Sustainable Cities, as well as the bachelor's and master's program in Sustainable Design.
