In connection with the development of Favrholm Stadium Neighbourhood, Propreco has acquired an adjacent area, namely Hestehaven of approximately 25 hectares. Propreco prepares a comprehensive master plan for both Hestehaven and The Stadium Neighbourhood in Favrholm. A coherent plan will be achieved with a focus on good infrastructure from the outer part of the Stadium Neighbourhood all the way to Favrholm Station and the rest of Hillerød. 

Approximately 100,000 sqm of residential and commercial properties are expected to be built in Hestehaven.
