The building that housed the treatment section of the former Elsinore Hospital is being transformed into housing.
Social sustainability is the cornerstore of Hospitality House. Residents' live are interconnected through shared physical spaces for cultural and recreational activities.
The building's existing structural framework will be preserved as part og the project's environmantal responsibility. Economic sustainability here primarily relates to the inherent value of the existing structure, which cannot be replicated through new construction.
The development is situated close to the sea, forest and open countryside, allowing residents to connect with natural elements.
