Propreco has acquired a commercial property of approximately 5,520 located near the Trommen cultural centre and the Hørsholm Midtpunkt shopping centre, ². The property primarily accommodates various healthcare services, such as psychologists, podiatrists, dentists, and consultant doctors, alongside a variety of office spaces. The ground floor features shops, banking services, and a restaurant.

The distinctive building was designed by architect Knud Munk, who is also renowned for designing the Tycho Brahe Planetarium in Copenhagen. The neighboring building, Trommen, was also designed by Knud Munk.

Propreco has acquired the property with the aim of enhancing its current operations. The property is often referred to as Codanhus.
