In the heart of Gentofte, Propreco has developed a green and sustainable oasis in collaboration with GPP Architects. Industrial buildings on Sauntesvej 13 will be converted into sustainable residencies. 

The residential housing project consists of 8 homes, 2 villas, 19 senior-friendly apartments and an elevator connecting residents to an underground parking garage. The total ground area is 7,763 sqm. Residents will have access to balconies and green surroundings with a short walking distance to nearby parks and greenery.

The project is complete ultimo 2023 and sold to an investor.
