The hotel project at Teglholmsgade 38 consists of approximately 14,000 sqm hotel with over 400 rooms and a supermarket of approximately 1,500 sqm. Teglholmen is a new and exciting neighbourhood under development in Copenhagen. The neighbourhood will be built around the canals and a harbour basin by a new school.  

The project was acquired with with hotel development in mind together with an investor. Propreco has been responsible for all City Code requirements and processes including the preparation of the zoning permit. Propreco was responsible for the negotiations with the hotel, restaurant and supermarket operators.

The project is sold to an investor.
