The proprety is located in the Mileparken area in SKovlunde, Ballerup Municipality. Propreco acquired the property in 2019 as a large, combined industrial proprety. It has since been divided into a data centre and an office/warehouse section.

The office/warehose section originally comprised 3,963 m2 across two floors. The property was subsequently expanded with an extension of 736 m2, bringing the total size to 4.699 m2.

The property now consists of office space, warehouse facilities and a canteen, all leased to a single tentant under a long-term lease.

The layout for the current functions was developed in close collaboration with the current tenant.
